Saturday was Dr. Budahl's final Madrigal concert. He is retiring from MBBC this year so we had a special day to honor him. We had a rehersal in the morning which was so much fun, then a banquet in the afternoon. The concert was in the evening and for the last two songs all the people who were ever in madrigal got to sing with the choir. The stage was packed and we sounded pretty good :) There were very few dry eyes amoung us by the end of the night! We thought we would get a picture of Dr. Bu holding Eóin seeming as how they have the same hairdo!

New Wheels

For all of you who donated money towards a stroller - voila! Thank you so much. It is so cool. It is made by jeep and has cool "bicycle" like wheels so it's so easy to push on all kinds of ground. We can plug in our ipod and the music plays out speakers. When Eóin is a bit older there is a little steering wheel that fits into the tray in front of him that makes car noises :) We love it!

Wunderkindt!

So, this morning we checked on Eóin, and HE WASN'T IN HIS CRIB! We went out into the living room, and there he was WALKING!!! It's amazing! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes! I guess he just wanted to get one of his toys!



He also said his first word today! "Polybicarbonate." It was SOOO cute. His L's sound like w's, so it came out more like "powy-bicawbonate," but it was pretty good for a first word!!!

2 months!

It's hard to believe that Eóin is 2 months old today! We went in for his checkup at the doctors this morning and he did a great job smiling and "talking." He weighs 10lbs 5oz and is 23 inches long. He also had his shots which he was not too thrilled about :) I think he must take after me! That's all the news for now :)

Big Boy!

I can't believe how much Eóin has grown in the last few weeks - he has outgrown his newborn outfits :( Here are some new pictures for you to enjoy!



We call this the "milk coma" Eóin goes into after he eats - his faces are hillarious!

You might be thinking he looks so cute, but the reason he is so relaxed is that he just emptied his bladder on my bed :)
