Dear friends and family,
We would like you to meet Eóin William Harrison, the newest member of our family! He was born today at 1:40 p.m. CST (7:40 p.m. Dublin time). He weighs 7 lbs. 15 oz. and measures 20.5 inches. Both he and mother are doing fine.
His name is pronounced like "Owen." It means "God is gracious," and is one of the oldest Irish forms of the name John, taken from the Latin "Ioannes." God has truly been gracious to us all!!! (You can find more info about the name here.)
As soon as things settle down around here, we'll have more updates and photos.

Praise God for a healthy baby boy!! He's SOOOO cute!! Glad everything went well. We were praying for little Eoin (I don't know how to do the tille over the "o"). Wish we could see him in person.

Congratulations Karen and Jonathon. Welcome baby Eoin. We love the Irish name. We have been following the website with great interest. We cannot believe that you, Karen are a mother! We remember back to those youth group days! Seems like only yesterday!
