Great Dad Giveaway!!!!

Ok - I am not giving away a great dad, but I am giving away a book on being a great dad :-)

Project Dad is a humorous and practical guide book written by a dad to other dads. Todd Cartmell’s warm and engaging style will have fathers laughing from the first few pages, and gives doable hands-on advice for becoming a better dad.  This book will make an excellent Father’s Day gift!

All you need to do to enter is leave a comment with either a favorite memory of your own dad, your husband being a dad, or what you think makes a great dad.

When I think of my own dad, I think of an example of a hardworking man, who always took care of us. I think of doing math homework at the kitchen table until all hours, and even though he never did the way my teacher told me to - somehow we came up with the right answer! In fact we used to joke about marking it on the calendar whenever he didn't know something :-)

When I think of my husband being a dad - I think of his sense of fun. He really knows how to get in the mind of little boys and make them laugh!!! A good example is this VIDEO we made last week.

So let the memories begin - I'll randomly pick a winner next Friday.

Thank you to Revell Publishers for a copy for myself and one to giveaway!!!

James is a wonderful daddy. He loves to jump on the trampoline with the kids, push them on the swings, play lots of games in the playroom! James prays with the kids before bed, just like his daddy did with him when he was a boy. A funloving, God fearing daddy!

Eddie is a great dad to Landon. He's patient and kind. He reads and plays any kind of ball with Landon, which I'm sure Eddie probably enjoys as much or more than Landon does!
